To steep is to allow for something to soak and provide its essence into a liquid medium, very similarly is it the hope of this magazine to provide people with the knowledge that will allow them to have a more in depth and complex and often times more enjoyable pursuit for the perfect cup of tea and finding a niche interest in the beverage that has been enjoyed for well over  humanity for approximately 4000 years.
